Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the TSC NOW website, the TSC Business Assessment, the TSC Blueprint™, the Customer Portal, our services, and The Collective provider network.
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TSC NOW, operated by The Stewardship Collective ("TSC," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the TSC NOW website, the TSC Business Assessment, the TSC Blueprint™, customer accounts, the TSC Customer Portal, TSC services, The Collective provider network, and our educational content (together, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, completing the TSC Business Assessment, purchasing or viewing a TSC Blueprint™, creating an account, using the Customer Portal, purchasing a TSC service, membership, or recurring plan, or applying to join The Collective, you accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to that entity.
Certain services may be subject to additional written terms, statements of work, or engagement details presented at the time of purchase or onboarding. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the service-specific terms control for that engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs, and for professionals applying to The Collective. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
3. Description of TSC Services
TSC provides business education, strategic coordination, administrative support, and business infrastructure services, as described on our website. Depending on what you engage TSC for, the Services may include:
- The TSC Business Assessment and the TSC Blueprint™ — a paid, personalized diagnostic and strategic roadmap.
- Project services such as TSC Business Launch, TSC Business Structure, and TSC Credit & Capital Readiness, delivered as coordinated, white-glove engagements.
- Recurring relationships such as TSC Membership, TSC Operator, and TSC Strategic Operator, which provide ongoing support, resources, coordination, and community access as described on the site.
- The TSC Customer Portal, including roadmaps, action items, documents, messages, and appointment requests.
- Coordination with independent professionals in The Collective when your engagement calls for it.
- Educational articles, resources, and related content.
TSC is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisory firm, investment adviser, broker-dealer, lender, or credit services organization, and the Services do not include legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or lending services. Where those services are needed, TSC may coordinate with or refer you to appropriately qualified independent professionals, as described in the Third-Party Services and Collective Providers sections below.
4. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
Some Services require a customer account. When you create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Take responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.
The quality of your Blueprint, roadmap, and recommendations depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit through the assessment, the Blueprint, the portal, and any other TSC form.
5. TSC Blueprint™
The TSC Blueprint™ is an educational and strategic planning tool. It is generated from the information you provide through the TSC Business Assessment, scored according to the TSC methodology and rules framework, and presented as readiness indicators, priorities, a phased roadmap, and a recommended next step.
The Blueprint is not:
- Legal advice.
- Tax advice.
- Investment advice.
- Financial advice.
- A guarantee of financing.
- A guarantee of business success.
- A guarantee of credit approval.
- A guarantee of investment performance.
Your Blueprint reflects the information you gave us at a point in time. Business conditions change, and a Blueprint is not a substitute for advice from appropriately qualified professionals about your specific situation. Specific legal, tax, financial, and investment decisions should be evaluated with appropriately qualified professionals.
A TSC advisor may review your Blueprint and, where appropriate, adjust or add context to its recommendations. Any such human review is part of the TSC methodology, not a regulated professional service.
6. AI-Assisted Analysis
Portions of the assessment, analysis, or Blueprint may use automated or AI-assisted systems. These systems help interpret and explain the output of the TSC methodology in plain language. The underlying readiness calculations, qualification criteria, service routing, and priority rules are determined by the TSC rules framework — not by an AI model.
AI-generated recommendations are informational. They may be incomplete, imprecise, or based on the limits of the information you provided, and they should be reviewed before being relied upon for consequential business decisions. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
7. Service Recommendations
Your Blueprint may recommend a TSC service as a suggested next step. Recommendations are based on the information you provided and the TSC methodology; they are suggestions, not requirements. You are never obligated to purchase a recommended service, and your Blueprint is yours whether or not you choose to work with TSC further.
Choosing whether to act on a recommendation — and whether to engage TSC, an independent professional, or no one at all — remains your decision and your responsibility.
8. Payments and Fees
Prices for TSC services are shown on the website and at checkout. Where the scope of an engagement varies, pricing is presented as "Starting at" a stated amount, and the final price may depend on the scope agreed with you. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor through a secure, hosted checkout; your card details are provided directly to the processor, not to TSC.
TSC fees are separate from:
- Third-party fees charged by vendors or service providers involved in your engagement.
- Government and state filing fees (for example, entity formation or registration fees), which are set and collected by the relevant authority or paid on your behalf as described at purchase.
- Professional fees charged by independent legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professionals you engage, whether or not TSC introduced you to them.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, quoted TSC prices do not include third-party, government, state filing, or professional fees, and you are responsible for those amounts where they apply.
Recurring services — TSC Membership, TSC Operator, and TSC Strategic Operator — bill on a recurring monthly basis. Enrollment in any recurring plan requires your explicit consent at checkout; TSC does not enroll customers in recurring billing automatically or without an affirmative purchase. By completing a recurring purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel. Where supported by our billing system, you may cancel a recurring plan so that it does not renew at the end of the current paid period; you retain access through the end of that period.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
This section is being finalized by TSC before launch and will describe the cancellation and refund terms that apply to each type of purchase.
- Recurring plans: where supported by our billing system, you may cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges already incurred are not reversed unless TSC states otherwise.
- Project services and the TSC Blueprint™: refund eligibility, if any, will be described here once finalized. Until then, contact us through the website before purchasing if you have questions about refunds for a specific service.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Providers
The Services rely on and may connect you with third parties, including payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, government filing authorities, and independent professional firms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and TSC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or availability of third parties.
Where your engagement calls for legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional services, TSC may coordinate with or refer you to appropriately qualified independent professionals. Any engagement with such a professional is between you and that professional, under their own terms, engagement letters, and regulatory obligations.
11. Collective Providers
The Collective is a network of professionals who may support TSC customer engagements. Collective providers may be independent third parties and are not necessarily employees, partners, or agents of TSC. Unless TSC expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific engagement, independent providers are responsible for their own work product, advice, licensing, insurance, and compliance with the rules of their profession.
TSC reviews provider applications as part of administering The Collective, but TSC does not guarantee the quality, advice, work product, licensing status, availability, or outcomes of any independent provider beyond the verification TSC actually performs. You are encouraged to evaluate any professional you engage and to confirm their credentials and licensing directly where that matters to your decision.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services — including the TSC NOW and The Stewardship Collective names and marks, the TSC Blueprint™ name, the TSC methodology, site design, text, graphics, and educational content — are owned by or licensed to TSC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
Your completed Blueprint report is provided for your own business use. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially redistribute TSC materials, templates, or methodology without our written permission.
13. User Content
You retain ownership of the information, documents, and materials you submit to TSC ("User Content"). You grant TSC a non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and share your User Content as needed to provide the Services — including generating your Blueprint, coordinating your engagements, and sharing relevant details with Collective providers you have asked us to involve — consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Do not submit highly sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or card numbers) through ordinary forms, message boxes, or email unless TSC provides a secure mechanism specifically designed to receive it.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or business.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, accounts, or systems.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the TSC methodology, scoring logic, or source code.
- Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others, or to distribute malware or spam.
- Resell or commercially exploit access to the Services without our written consent.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or recommendation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
16. No Professional Advice
Content produced by TSC — including your Blueprint, roadmap, readiness scores, recommendations, educational materials, and portal content — is educational and strategic information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other professional advice. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with TSC.
Before making legal, tax, financial, or investment decisions, consult an appropriately qualified professional who can consider your specific circumstances.
17. No Guarantee of Business, Credit, Funding, or Investment Outcomes
Starting, structuring, financing, and growing a business involves risk, and results depend on factors outside TSC's control. TSC does not guarantee business success, revenue or profit outcomes, credit approval or credit score improvements, loan or financing approval, investment performance, or the success of any filing, application, or engagement. Any examples, roadmaps, or projections are illustrative and educational, not promises of results.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid TSC for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
20. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may ask us to close your account by contacting us. TSC may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the Customer Portal). Changes apply going forward. If you continue using the Services after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Stewardship Collective is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the laws of your state of residence mandatorily apply. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and TSC consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
23. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form on our website, which is the fastest way to reach the TSC team.
