How TSC NOW (The Stewardship Collective) handles the information you share with us through our website, assessment, Blueprint, accounts, portal, and services.

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TSC NOW, operated by The Stewardship Collective ("TSC," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, complete the TSC Business Assessment, purchase or view a TSC Blueprint™, create a customer account, use the TSC Customer Portal, submit a service inquiry or contact form, apply to join The Collective as a provider, or otherwise communicate with us.

By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you submit directly, information generated as you use the platform, and limited technical information collected automatically.

Information you submit

  • Name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business information such as business name, industry or business type, location, time in business, and number of employees.
  • Business stage and entity information you describe to us (for example, whether an entity has been formed and what type).
  • General business and financial context you choose to share, such as a revenue range, business goals, and current banking or bookkeeping status.
  • Service preferences and the outcomes you are seeking.
  • Responses to the TSC Business Assessment and TSC Blueprint™ questions.
  • Messages, documents, and appointment requests you submit through the Customer Portal.
  • Provider and Collective application details, including professional background, credentials, licensing information, and service areas you submit.

Information generated through your use of TSC

  • Account information, including your sign-in identifiers and account status.
  • Portal activity, such as Blueprint views, roadmap and action-item progress, service records, and support interactions.
  • Records of your purchases, orders, memberships, and subscription status.

Payment and transaction information

When you purchase a TSC service, membership, or the TSC Blueprint™, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. TSC receives transaction records such as amount, currency, product purchased, payment status, and a processor reference. TSC does not store your full card number or card security code.

Technical information

  • Device and browser information, such as browser type and version and screen or viewport characteristics.
  • IP address and related network information where it is available to our hosting and security infrastructure.
  • Log and diagnostic information, including pages requested, timestamps, and error reports used to keep the platform reliable and secure.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

Much of the information we hold is information you decide to share. Please share only what is necessary for the work you are asking TSC to help with.

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank account or routing credentials, credit or debit card numbers, login credentials for other systems, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms, assessment fields, message boxes, or email — unless TSC explicitly provides a secure mechanism designed to receive that specific information.

If sensitive information is genuinely required for a service, TSC or an appropriately qualified professional will tell you and provide an appropriate method for transmitting it. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, not into TSC forms.

3. How We Use Information

  • Providing the services you request and fulfilling your orders.
  • Creating, generating, delivering, and updating your TSC Blueprint™ and roadmap.
  • Communicating with you about your assessment, Blueprint, services, appointments, and questions.
  • Creating and managing your customer account and Customer Portal access.
  • Processing payments, memberships, subscriptions, refunds, and billing records.
  • Providing customer support and coordinating the work you have engaged TSC to perform.
  • Improving the platform, our methodology, our content, and the customer experience.
  • Security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and protecting the integrity of the platform.
  • Analytics and understanding how the site and platform are used in aggregate.
  • Providing relevant service recommendations based on the information you submitted.
  • Coordinating services with authorized Collective providers when appropriate and relevant to work you have requested.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Information you submit through the TSC Business Assessment and the TSC Blueprint™ may be processed by automated systems, including AI-assisted systems, in order to analyze your responses, score readiness across business areas, and generate a personalized educational and strategic roadmap along with service recommendations.

Recommendations and readiness results are determined by the TSC methodology and rules framework. Automated and AI-assisted processing is used to interpret and explain those results in plain language. A TSC team member may review, adjust, or add context to your Blueprint.

Automated output is educational and strategic in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Specific legal, tax, financial, and investment decisions should be evaluated with appropriately qualified professionals.

5. How Information Is Shared

TSC does not sell your personal information.

We do not rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: companies that operate the platform on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication providers, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and AI processing used to generate Blueprint narratives. These providers may process your information only as necessary to provide their services to TSC.
  • Collective providers: when you request or authorize work that involves a professional in The Collective, we share the information reasonably necessary to coordinate that engagement.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TSC, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share information, including when you share a Blueprint link you have generated.

6. Payments

Purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor through a secure, hosted checkout. Your payment card details are provided directly to the processor and are handled under that processor's own privacy and security practices. TSC receives and stores transaction records associated with your account so we can deliver services, manage memberships and subscriptions, and maintain accurate billing history.

Applicable state, filing, third-party, and professional fees are separate from TSC fees and may be collected by the relevant third party.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our site and platform use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function — for example, keeping you signed in and maintaining your session and security state. We may also use analytics to understand how the site is used, which pages and steps people engage with, and where the experience can be improved.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account sign-in and the Customer Portal from working correctly.

8. Communications

We may contact you about your assessment, Blueprint, purchases, account, appointments, and support requests. These service and transactional messages are part of providing the services you requested.

We may also send educational content, resources, and updates about TSC services. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting us.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: you may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date, and you can update much of your information directly in the Customer Portal.
  • Deletion: you may request that we delete your personal information. We may retain information where we have an ongoing obligation, an active engagement, or a legitimate need such as recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or compliance.
  • Marketing communications: you may opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time.
  • Cookie preferences: you may manage cookies through your browser settings.
  • Account information: you may review your account details, services, documents, and Blueprint from the Customer Portal, and you may ask us to close your account.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the method in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honor rights that apply to you under the laws that govern your relationship with us.

10. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, maintain your account and Blueprint history, meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or take steps to make it no longer associated with you.

11. Data Security

TSC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. These include authenticated accounts, access controls that limit records to the customer and authorized TSC personnel, encrypted connections, restricted access to documents, and audit logging of sensitive administrative activity.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own discretion. Please protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. Children

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Your continued use of the site and services after an update means you accept the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
