Last Updated: August 31, 2026
This page explains, in plain language, how TSC operates — what we provide, what we do not provide, and the boundaries that protect you as a customer. It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What TSC Does
TSC is a services-led business infrastructure and capital platform. Depending on the engagement, TSC may provide:
- Business assessments
- TSC Business Blueprint™ creation
- Business structure coordination
- Business launch support
- Business credit and capital readiness
- Administrative and strategic coordination
- Ongoing business operator support
- Business education
- Access to the TSC Collective
What TSC Does Not Do
TSC does not itself provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, lending, or other regulated professional advice — unless specifically identified as such and provided by appropriately qualified professionals.
TSC services are strategic, administrative, educational, and coordinative in nature. When a decision requires licensed professional judgment, TSC will help you identify the issue and coordinate with the appropriate professional.
Independent Professionals
TSC may work with independent professionals — including attorneys, CPAs, lenders, financial professionals, and other specialists — to support the services we coordinate.
These professionals are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, or partners of TSC, and TSC does not control or guarantee their specific work product. Your engagement of any independent professional creates a relationship between you and that professional, governed by their own terms, licenses, and standards.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside TSC's control. TSC does not guarantee:
- Business formation approval
- Tax savings
- Credit-score increases
- Credit approval
- Financing or lending approval
- Investment returns
- Business revenue
- Business profitability
- Asset protection
- Legal outcomes
- Tax outcomes
Business Structure
Business structure recommendations are intended to help customers identify relevant issues and coordinate appropriate professional assistance.
Entity selection, tax elections, and restructuring decisions have significant legal and tax consequences. You should consult qualified legal and tax professionals before making any decision that requires professional advice.
Credit & Capital
TSC may help customers prepare their business for conversations with lenders and capital providers — organizing records, strengthening readiness, and clarifying the path forward.
TSC does not guarantee financing, approval, rates, terms, or funding. Lending decisions are made solely by independent lenders and capital providers under their own criteria.
Retirement & Investments
If TSC content discusses Solo 401(k)s, retirement plans, real estate investments, or retirement assets, please understand that retirement-plan rules and investment restrictions are complex and fact-specific.
TSC educational content is not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals — including a tax advisor and, where applicable, an investment adviser — before making retirement or investment decisions.
TSC Blueprint™ Disclosure
The TSC Business Blueprint™ is generated from information you provide and may use automated or AI-assisted analysis to interpret the results of TSC's proprietary rules engine.
The Blueprint is a strategic planning tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any business, credit, financing, or funding outcome. Recommendations should be evaluated with qualified professionals where professional judgment is required.
Third-Party Fees
TSC service fees are separate from third-party costs. In connection with TSC services, you may incur separate charges such as:
- State and government fees
- Filing fees
- Attorney fees
- CPA and accounting fees
- Lender fees
- Financial professional fees
- Other third-party charges
Results Vary
Business outcomes depend on individual circumstances, execution, market conditions, financial position, timing, and many other factors. Any examples, illustrations, or case discussions presented by TSC are not promises of your results.
Educational Purpose
TSC's assessments, Blueprints, content, and coaching are educational and strategic in nature. They are designed to help you understand your options, prepare for professional conversations, and make more informed decisions about your business infrastructure.
Education is the foundation of everything TSC does — but education is not a substitute for advice from licensed professionals about your specific situation.
